Also, you need to agree to the following conditions -

	I agree to abide by the PRS and Approved Contractor Scheme Rules (click here for PRS Register Rules)
	I agree for my company details to be listed on the PRS Register
	I agree to use Electrical Safety First Best Practice Guide for Electrical Safety First Best Practice Guide No. 4 (current issue) Electrical installation condition reporting: Classification Codes for domestic and similar electrical installations.
	I agree that the company named above will hold at least £250,000 Professional Indemnity Insurance covering Electrical Installation Condition Reporting.
	I agree that operatives under taking Electrical Inspections will be competent* to undertake such work
	I understand that changes to the range, scale and geographical spread of work undertaken by the business, may need additional assessment time and this may incur an additional cost.
