	I agree that the company named above will hold at least £250,000 Professional Indemnity Insurance covering Electrical Installation Condition Reporting.
	I agree that operatives undertaking Electrical Inspections will be competent* to undertake such work.
	I understand that changes to the range, scale and geographical spread of work undertaken by the business, may need additional assessment time and this may incur an additional cost.
